Under 40 minutes on average anywhere in Nassau County. Traffic and your exact location shift that number around, but that's what to expect when you call.
Do you work directly with my insurance company?
We do, with most major insurers. Give the dispatcher your policy details when you call, and in most cases you're not the one paying up front and waiting on a reimbursement check.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit, debit, or cash, and the driver can take card payment right at the scene rather than sending you somewhere to settle up later.
Can you tow motorcycles or RVs?
Both. Motorcycles get proper tie-down equipment instead of a standard car setup, and we handle most RVs and travel trailers too. Just mention the vehicle type when you call so the right truck gets sent the first time.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
We have a monitored, secure storage yard for cars that can't go straight to a repair shop or back to your home.
What if I'm outside your listed service areas?
Call anyway. Our core coverage is Nassau County, but long-distance and specialty tows regularly take us into other parts of Long Island and New York City.
